DESCRIPTION:CALLING ALL BIRDERS Including Beginners!\nEvery year the Marico
 pa Bird Alliance participates in the Christmas Bird Count. Your observation
 s add valuable data that helps us monitor the health of Arizona’s avian p
 opulation.\n \nThe National Audubon Society has conducted Christmas bird c
 ounts since 1900. Volunteers throughout the Western Hemisphere go afield be
 tween December 14 and January 5 to record every individual bird encountered
  within a designated 15-mile diameter circle on that day. These records com
 prise an extensive database of winter bird populations and overall health o
 f the environment. We will have multiple designated Christmas Bird Count Ci
 rcles across Arizona and participants are typically assigned to teams based
  on bird identification skills and endurance and preferences.\n \nPlease v
