The Cactus Wren•dition newsletter is printed four times a year, and contains field trip schedules, meeting information, notes on local birds and hotspots, conservation information and advisories, and much, much more! Subscriptions are included with all Maricopa Bird Alliance (MBA) chapter memberships, and are available as a courtesy to National Audubon Society
members assigned to our chapter (code B00). To be guaranteed a subscription, please consider joining MBA directly. The Cactus Wren·dition is the quarterly publication of the Maricopa Bird Alliance. We welcome announcements, articles, field trip reports, reviews, photographs, and artwork related to conservation and nature. (Maricopa Bird Alliance is not just about birds).
Deadlines:Â Material can be submitted anytime. However, the editor must receive copy by the following deadlines for the specified issues: January 15 (for Spring), April 1 (for Summer), July 1 (for Fall), or October 1 (for Winter) .
Format:Â Please limit articles to 1000 words or less, unless prior arrangements are made with the editor. To arrange space for your proposed article, contact the editor prior to submission.
Photographs and Artwork. Photographs should be of natural subjects, especially photos taken in Maricopa County or elsewhere in Arizona. Artwork should pertain to conservation, fauna, or flora.
